Every effort is made to have all items in stock, but Bird House Outlet cannot be held responsible for out of stock items. If a purchase should be made and the item is not available, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be given.
Return Policy is as follows: All purchases must be returned in their original package with the original included invoice. Returns must be approved by Bird House Outlet using the "Contact Us" Link found on the left column of the website pages. The customer will pay the return shipping fees. The returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee. Bird House Outlet will pay for shipping when the merchandise is defective.
